The suspension of your car Microcar consists of the shock absorber/spring couple, where the shock absorber's role is to absorb energy and allow your VSP to quickly find its equilibrium position on the road. The shock absorber will slow down the oscillations of the spring and transform this energy into heat. The suspension should keep the wheels in permanent contact with the ground, in order to improve the road holding, and thus ensure a better braking and driving comfort.
